SHIPPING POLICY
The Fae Spirit is passionate about the environment, using recycled products were possible and reducing the use of unnecessary packaging.
The Fae spirit uses Australia Post for all shipping within Australia.
It is advised to allow extra shipping time for all packages at present due to the large demand on Australia Post's services.

Return & Exchange Policy
The Fae Spirit packs all orders with care to avoid any mishaps during transportation.
Should your product arrive damaged or broken our policy is that you are required to take a photo of the damaged product and send to The Fae Spirit where the product can not be returned. If the product can be returned this should occur with 7 business days of the good being delivered.
A replacement product will be sent or a full refund offered.
